HairReve was formulated by Dr. Janina Gutierrez-Tan, PhD in Chemistry from the University of Florida, a registered chemist, university lecturer, and Certified Hair Loss Practitioner who also serves as President of the Chamber of Cosmetics Industry of the Philippines.
